DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY

We try to deliver all orders within 5 working days from the order date. Almost all the time we send it out the same day or the day after you’ve placed your order at Getthegallop.com. We use PostNord in Sweden (1-3 days delivery), and Postnord Euroconnect for international orders (about 3-5 days for EU, 5-10 days for Rest of the World). For other delivery options please contact us.

Sweden: You will receive a notice via sms or email when your parcel have arrived at your nearest service point. If you want home/office delivery just email us directly after placing an order.

 

RETURNS

Returning an item is easy peasy! Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home (or stable) and if you need to return it. You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return it. The product needs to be unused and in its original packaging to be refundable. Orders placed December can be exchanged / returned during the following January. 

You will receive, together with your order, a return address label. Fill in the return document and put together with your product in the original packaging (or of similar standard) and attach the return label. Hand in to the local post office.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, in original packaging and with any tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment. If you paid a delivery fee on your order that fee will not be refunded, only the cost of the product purchase.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Get the Gallop AB. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
 Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

 

EXCHANGES

If the size isn’t right, or the colour didn’t match. Return the product together with information of what you like to change it to (size or colour). If the requested new item is in stock we’ll send it out to you upon receipt of the product. If the requested item is out of stock you will be refunded for the returned product.
